How to install a new Habit?

It doesn’t matter if you want to improve your fitness level or you want to make a habit of flossing your teeth each evening after brushing; the method is always the same. They say, you need at least to do it for 30 days to make it stick and this is how you I did it.

1. Make a fix schedule or trigger (like a certain time or event)
2. Create a checklist for 90 days and cross each day off you have passed

Now the key to everything is the 3. point.

3. Stick with it. Do it all the time it doesn’t matter what happens. NO EXCUSE. There will be always a better time to do it etc. This is sooooo key;-)
